Problem
Traditional timesheet management is often manual, time-consuming and error-prone. Employees struggle with accurately and efficiently recording and tracking work hours, breaks, overtime, and earnings.
Solution
Design a user friendly app that acts as an efficient, accurate, and accessible tool for recording work hours, breaks, overtime, and view earnings.

Paper First
Carefully crafting multiple paper iterations of each screen in the app was an essential step in guaranteeing that our digital wireframes would effectively address user pain points.

Initial screen designs were based on feedback and findings from user research.
Low-Fidelity Prototype
Utilizing the finalized digital wireframes, I crafted a low-fidelity prototype with a primary emphasis on the user flow for clocking in and out, as well as manually entering hours. This prototype serves as a pivotal tool for upcoming usability studies. Additionally, features enabling users to input pay rates and access earnings were integrated to enrich the prototype's functionality and usability.
Usability Studies
I conducted two rounds of usability studies to refine the design process. The initial study informed the transition from wireframes to mockups, while the second study, employing a high-fidelity prototype, pinpointed areas requiring refinement in the mockup stage.
